Learn how the Westchester Fair Housing Law prohibits discrimination by all types of housing providers, including but not limited to landlords, brokers, leasing agents, superintendents, building managers, condominium and cooperative owners and boards.

The law covers all stages of the rental and buying process, from advertising to showing apartments, negotiating leases, and housing management.

The Fair Housing Symposium will be held at the Westchester County Center on Tuesday, October 21.  The symposium will be sponsored by the Westchester County Human Rights Commission. Breakfast and registration take place immediately preceding the event.
